Appointments & Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of treatments. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a health intake form, and to discuss with your therapist what you’d like to focus on. If you are late to your session, we will do our best to accommodate you for the time you have left without penalizing the following client. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged a cancellation fee.

To ensure a serene environment during the treatment, please switch your phone to silent upon arrival.

As professional Registered Massage Therapists we are dedicated to providing a completely safe and comfortable experience for our clients. Our work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session — and further action if needed.

Services may be denied at the discretion of providers.

Prices & Discount Packages

Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website does. Please confirm prices with our reservationists while booking your appointment.

Discounted Packages are available for purchase. Packages may not be shared with another client, or combined with Gift Certificate or other offers or discounts.

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard. Our listed prices do not include GST.

Pregnant Clients

If you are scheduling an appointment for yourself, your partner, or a friend who is expecting, you must notify us upon booking the appointment. Additional time is needed to set up massage bolster or extra pillows to ensure client comfort and safety.

Gift Cards Information

Gift cards are available for purchase online only through our Jane app. Purchasing online allows us to securely keep a record of your gift card, if it’s lost or stolen, it can easily be reprinted or the gift card number can be provided to the recipient.

Redeeming Gift Cards: Gift cards must be presented (or the gift card number provided) at the time of your appointment. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, but the full value can be applied toward services or products.

Please note: Some practitioners may only see clients during the day and not in the evenings or on weekends. We recommend checking with your practitioner regarding their availability before purchasing a gift card.
